I gained my experience by learning on the job, 30+ years of SME and Enterprise B2B senior sales roles and 12+ years in sales leadership roles. I found I was able to add value across the entire sales process. With my knowledge and experience somewhat shackled within a single company employment role, setting up to help multiple businesses felt the right way to go.
The realization that I can add much needed value when it comes to implementing and improving sales processes, coupled with the ever growing desire to achieve a healthier work-life balance enabling me to spend more time with my two girls and partner, led to me making that change with High Peak Sales Consultants.
